With 20 years of experience managing private plantations across Georgia, Reed Hall brings extensive knowledge of wildlife conservation, habitat restoration, timber management, and strategic land use. His work has included everything from native grass planting and food plot design to population studies and prescribed burns. Reed leads AcreSouth with a deep commitment to protecting Georgia’s land and helping others do the same. He also owns Reed Hall Georgia Land Specialists and co-owns Plantation 59 Apparel Co. with his wife, Kristen.

Growing up on a 3,500-acre farm in South Georgia, Taff Douthit learned three core values from his father: Hard Work, Dedication, and Conservation. These principles became the foundation of everything he does—from day-to-day farming operations to managing his family’s vegetation management company, Precision Spraying. His early love for the land also sparked a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing. Under Taff’s leadership, Precision Spraying concentrated operations in Southwest Georgia across much of the Southeast, reaching as far west as Texas, and was one of the initial contractors involved in the Mississippi Forestry Commission’s cogongrass eradication program. Through years of hands-on experience in both farming and vegetation management, Taff has built strong relationships and a deep respect for the land. He believes that good land deserves great care—and he brings that philosophy and expertise to AcreSouth! A native and resident of Worth County, Taff is eager to serve all real estate needs!

With a lifelong passion for the outdoors, Trey has dedicated nearly three decades to the forestry industry. A University of Georgia graduate with a B.S. in Forester Resources, Trey began his career as a consulting forester before gaining valuable hands-on experience at a hardwood mill.

Over the next 15 years, Trey built his expertise in timber buying and selling, later returning to his roots – helping landowners manage and maximize the potential of their property for timber, wildlife, and recreation.

For the past six years, Trey has owned and operated ASW Forestry, where he manages over 80,000 acres of land for both large and small landowners across the region. His 28 years of experience give him a deep understanding of forest management, and land investment, allowing him to help clients buy, sell, and sustainably manage their land with confidence.

Tristan is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Master’s degree in Agribusiness and brings multiple years of real estate experience to AcreSouth. As an avid outdoorsman for his entire life, Tristan brings an extensive knowledge of wildlife and property management to the team. Tristan truly embodies the values of honesty and integrity, and he genuinely loves people. As a resident of Vidalia, Georgia, Tristan is excited to bring the AcreSouth values to east Georgia!
